Privacy Policy

Last updated: [add date once published]

This page is a factual draft, not legal advice. Have a lawyer confirm it meets Polish and EU requirements, especially the business-identification details below, before relying on it.

Who we are

This site is operated by [legal entity name, e.g. "Jan Kowalski, prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod nazwą neuaux.studio"], NIP [tax number], registered at [business address], Warsaw, Poland. For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the booking form, we collect your name, email address, the type of shoot, and your budget range, which are required, plus format, preferred day, preferred time and a message, which are optional. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking on this site.

What we use it for

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to plan and deliver the shoot. The legal basis is your consent in submitting the form, and, once a booking is confirmed, performance of that agreement.

Who sees it

Form submissions are sent as an email through Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp on this site take you to those companies' own platforms, governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's relevant to our conversation with you or a legal obligation requires it, then it's deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you, or to stop processing it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to Poland's data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
